Shipping Policy
Hayden James will offer flat rate $5 shipping for all orders under $75. All orders over $75 will receive free shipping. Currently we are only shipping to the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love every piece you receive from Hayden James but we also know that it is possible that you receive something that just doesn't work in reality as well as it did online. Because of this we are happy to process refunds.

Items that are not listed as final sale can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unwashed. Please click the CONTACT tab above and fill out a request letting us know your issues and we will walk you through the return process.

Due to the nature of online shopping, exchanges may not always be possible but if they are we will be happy to exchange sizes. If the original item you ordered ends up being out of stock we can issue you a refund.

If item is bought at an in-person event there will be no exchanges or returns due to the fact that we will have dressing rooms for try-ons.
